Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping

Customers pay for return shipping. Please send returns by mail, using a tracked service.

How to start a return

Exchanges

We allow exchanges. Contact us at generalpattonsupport@gmail.com and tell us what you would like instead, and we will help you with the swap.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 72 hours of approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
